This is a bar-end shifter made to fit 22.2mm bars, there is currently no available part that can accommodate bar-end to a smaller diameter bar. They are compatible so far with: Simplex retrofriction shifters Shimano 9 speed shifters Should work with most shifters although it really depend of the placement of the shifter hole. I tried with some downtube 7 speed shifters and it didn't work. This won't work with 23.8mm bars (unless you add some padding inside to make the diameter shorter but it is not recommended). 3D printing settings: I recommend printing them in PETG. Here are my settings: 0.2mm Standard 30% infill Gyroid 4 wall loops Print it flat on the flat edge at an angle, no supports are needed.
